Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Savills Australia on behalf of Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre, whose registered office is C/O 6 Wanneroo Road, Yokine WA 6000.

2. Entry

There is no additional cost to enter this competition. Entrants must make an eligible purchase at Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By entering the competition, an entrant indicates their acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Eligibility

a) The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

b) Employees of Savills Australia, Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre centre management, agencies directly involved in administering or promoting the competition, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

c) Employees of Woodvale Boulevard retailers may enter the competition provided they make a genuine eligible purchase and otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions.

d) The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

5. How to Enter

To enter:

a) Spend $50 or more in a single transaction at any Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre retailer during the applicable monthly competition period.

b) Visit www.woodvaleboulevard.com.au and access the Win Your Shop Back competition entry form, or scan the competition QR code displayed within Woodvale Boulevard.

c) Complete the online entry form with the requested information.

d) Upload a clear copy or photograph of the receipt showing the purchase date, retailer and purchase amount.

e) Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

6. Entry Requirements

a) Each entry must be accompanied by a valid receipt for an eligible purchase of $50 or more.

b) The purchase must have been made during the applicable monthly competition period.

c) Each receipt may only be used once.

d) Entrants may enter multiple times, provided each entry is accompanied by a different eligible receipt relating to a separate eligible purchase.

e) A receipt must clearly show the date of purchase, retailer and purchase amount.

f) Receipts that are illegible, altered, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise unable to be verified may be deemed invalid at the promoter's discretion.

g) The promoter reserves the right to request additional information or proof of purchase from an entrant before an entry is accepted or a prize is awarded.

7. Competition Period

The Win Your Shop Back competition will commence on 1 September 2026 at 8:00am AWST and close on 30 June 2027 at 11:59pm AWST.

The competition will consist of 10 separate monthly entry and draw periods, with one winner selected for each month.

Each monthly entry period will commence at 12:00am on the first day of the relevant month and close at 11:59pm on the final day of that month.

The monthly competition periods are:

  • September 2026
  • October 2026
  • November 2026
  • December 2026
  • January 2027
  • February 2027
  • March 2027
  • April 2027
  • May 2027
  • June 2027

8. Monthly Draws

a) One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during each monthly entry period.

b) Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

c) The draw will be conducted within one month after the close of the relevant monthly entry period.

d) The winner will be determined by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the relevant monthly entry period.

9. Prize

a) There will be one winner selected each month.

b) Each monthly winner will receive $500 worth of Woodvale Boulevard vouchers.

c) The prize is a fixed value of $500 and is not dependent on the value of the winning entrant's eligible purchase.

d) The total prize pool for the competition is $5,000, consisting of ten $500 monthly prizes.

e) The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

f) The prize cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.

g) Woodvale Boulevard vouchers are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of those vouchers.

10. Winner Notification

a) The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email using the contact details provided on their entry form.

b) The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity and the original or digital receipt used to enter the competition before the prize is awarded.

c) If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

d) The $500 Woodvale Boulevard voucher prize will be posted to the winner at the postal address provided on their competition entry form, once the winner's eligibility and receipt have been verified.

e) The promoter is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, delayed or misdirected due to an incorrect or incomplete postal address supplied by the winner.

11. Verification and Disqualification

a) The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any entrant.

b) The promoter may disqualify an entrant where the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions or has provided false, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information.

c) An entry may be rejected where the receipt is illegible, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, unable to be verified or does not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

d) The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate, interfere with or otherwise compromise the integrity of the competition or entry process.

12. Responsibility for Entries

No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible or not received for any reason, including technical difficulties, website errors, telecommunications issues or internet connection problems.

13. Promoter's Decision

The promoter's decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition is final, subject to any rights available to entrants under applicable Australian law.

14. Publicity

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition and Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre.

Any use of the winner's name, photograph, image or likeness for promotional purposes will be subject to the winner's consent where required by law.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of the competition will be collected and used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting entrants and winners, verifying entries and awarding prizes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre privacy policy.

16. Marketing Communications

Entry into the competition does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications.

Entrants may separately choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre.

Where an entrant provides marketing consent, their email address and relevant personal information will be securely stored and used for marketing communications from Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in the relevant communication.

17. Acceptance

Entry into the competition is deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

18. Good Faith

The competition is conducted in good faith. The promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure the competition is conducted fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations.

19. Information

Entrants are providing their information to Savills Australia on behalf of Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.

Personal information may be processed by service providers engaged by the promoter for the purposes of administering the competition, including processing online entries, communications and prize administration.
